Support Engineer - Level 3: Networking, Linux, Scripting, £all levels considered, Cambridge (remote working in place)

A high flying and cutting-edge tech company who are developing some of the most advanced technologies has created an opening for a Support Engineer - Level 3 to join their award-winning team. They have excelled in lighting speed and they have been able to achieve global status in the fields of artificial intelligence and machine learning in a short space of time.

We like would the chance to speak to Support Engineers - level 3 who can perform and multitask in a fast-paced software house. Being able to switch from technology to another is essential, sound experience of operating with Linux, used to working with different teams at the same time, must have hands - on experience with software configuration / source control, good understanding of networking IP / TCP, routing & switches.
Proven experience in handling high level cases swiftly and calmly. An understanding of DevOps teams would prove highly beneficial, able to script in at least one language such as Bash, Perl, Python or similar. Knowledge of operating with different technology stacks.

This role requires someone who likes being in a fast-paced environment and operating with different technologies. You will be collaborating with the DevOps team, advising other members and assisting with the company's platform.
